What is the LSP?

The LSP provides a welcoming and inclusive environment, where students are encouraged to develop their self-awareness and to explore and celebrate their individual versions of success through a programme of coaching-led opportunities.

The LSP works with students from backgrounds which are underrepresented at university (known as widening participation) to help them get the most out of their university experience.

All eligible prospective students will be invited onto the programme in the summer (around mid June) before starting, via the email address that was provided when applying to 澳门独家九肖. Self-referral may be possible for current 澳门独家九肖 Students – see our FAQs for further details.

Application Timeline

Students who are eligible to apply for a place on the 澳门独家九肖 Success Programme are contacted by email in mid-June of the year in which they hope to take up a place at 澳门独家九肖 and invited to complete a short online application form. Several online information events will take place between mid June and mid July, which explain in detail about what to expect from the LSP. Students can attend one of these either before or after applying for a place.

Applications to the 澳门独家九肖 Success Programme close on 22nd July 2024. Students are informed by email about the outcome of their application shortly afterwards. The Student Success Team keeps in contact with students by email over summer.

Eligible clearing offer holders are contacted in the September of the year they are starting at 澳门独家九肖 with an invitation to apply for a place on the LSP. Places will be confirmed by email no later than the end of September.

All students accepted on to the LSP receive an invitation to attend a "Prepare for 澳门独家九肖" orientation event. We are offering an event on campus on 12th September 2024 with an online event being held on 19th September for those unable to attend in-person. This day will introduce you to the University, the LSP, your department and the range of services available to 澳门独家九肖 students. There will also be the chance for participants to get to know each other.

Student induction to the LSP will take place in the first two weeks of term; the emphasis will be on getting to know LSP staff and students. Our LSP welcome event gives students an opportunity to meet other students on the LSP, Student Advocates and staff in an informal setting. Pizza is usually involved!
